I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2015
Interview
The HireVue process was pretty simple and straight forward. They asked basic information to get to know you and why you would be great for the organization. Please make sure you are in a well lit area and free of noise and distraction. Also, remember to speak loud, clear and confident (you only get one chance to record your response). Take the full 30 seconds given to read and think about what you want to say. You are given about 3 minutes per question, but if you answer in a shorter time (no need to ramble) it is perfectly ok! Make sure you dress as if this is a real interview. Research the company and see how you would be a benefit to their organization. I can not stress taking the practice test will get you very familiar with the process; this can be taken as many times as necessary. I'll follow up with the next step if I am a fit for United.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
