-Submitted an application in 2021
-Completed the F2F in 2022, received emails in between telling me to hold tight though
-F2F check-in started precisely on time, so don't be late!
-Once everyone was checked in with their required documents everyone was given an overview of the company, the history, and general day-to-day life as a FA.
-Recruiters introduced themselves throughout the day and tried to keep an upbeat and energetic pace throughout the day
-Broken off into groups to do the group activity in a separate room, and answered questions about the activity afterward as a group. They also asked questions about the company and who had experience as a FA
-while others competed the group activity the remaining groups waited in the first room to mingle and complete a charity activity
-when a group completed the activity, individuals were called to go to 1-on-1 interviews where you were given a CJO on the spot if successful
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
