Very corporate, fluid but straightforward.
Bring all essential items requested and a referral letter if you can request from a precious manager or employer. Be yourself, don’t embellish. Recruiters are looking for authenticity and professionalism. Just be you.

Question 1
How would you handle a difficult customer who refuses to comply with takeoff instructions? I.E putting your laptop away?
Very lengthy. I am currently on the way to my face to face. Make sure to ask questions, I sure did. Also, make sure to keep United up to date with your plans. I had to ask help for transportation details and other miscellaneous things.

I did the virtual interview as well as the video introduction.
It was a smooth process and during the down time between the group and personal interviews and the presentation we had a selection of snacks and an opportunity to participate in community service by writing get-well cards for hospitalized children (this really put things in perspective and was a thoughtful addition on their end).
