Extremely hard interview. They look for personality but don’t be too over-the-top. It’s very intimidating because there’s so many people. But you quickly realize the people get weeded it out during the interview process

Tell me about a time you dealt with conflict and resolved it?
Are you OK with a unpredictable schedule?
Very lengthy. I am currently on the way to my face to face. Make sure to ask questions, I sure did. Also, make sure to keep United up to date with your plans. I had to ask help for transportation details and other miscellaneous things.

I did the virtual interview as well as the video introduction.
It was a smooth process and during the down time between the group and personal interviews and the presentation we had a selection of snacks and an opportunity to participate in community service by writing get-well cards for hospitalized children (this really put things in perspective and was a thoughtful addition on their end).
