I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at United Airlines in Mar 2016
Interview
Applied on the website. Submitted my resume and next day got an offer to take the video interview. Half of the questions (they asked 5) were on here, but two new ones threw me off somewhat, but I have it my best shot. All 5 questions I posted on here were from the video interview. It's been a few days and still waiting to hear back from them, but I'm not sure if I did well or not it could really go either way as the questions are open ended, but pretty common of interview questions so if you can nail them then you will probably be fine.

Interview
I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
