I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied on Sunday March 19th, and I received an invite to do the video interview on Monday March 20th. You have 5 days to complete the interview. I was not able to complete the interview until today ( March 24th.)
I was a little nervous before doing the video interview, but you have the option to practice some questions before you start the actual interview. (I did 3) You have 30 seconds to prepare and 3 min to answer the question.
Of course, no offer yet, but I am sure that will come when I get to the face to face interview.
My advise is to read through this forum and look for the questions. Construct your own answers (from the heart) and then call a friend and have them read off the questions at random to see if your answers sound good. Make changes if necessary, and do not ramble! I did this before I did my interview and I felt very calm, and confident in my answers.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
