I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unit4 in Jan 2024
Interview
From start to finish, the process was fantastic. The communication from the hiring manager was clear and constant!
1) After applying, I had a call with the Hiring Manager to learn more about the role, some basic questions about myself, expectations, etc.
2) Interview with Manager, STAR type questions, got to understand more specifics about the role and what I would be doing
3) Business Case - Given a brief a few days before, and had to use the information in a role-play with 2 stakeholders.
4) Feedback call / Get-to-know call with VP
Overall the process was fantastic. It was great to talk with different stakeholders across the company and there were several opportunities to ask questions and get to really understand the culture of the company.

Question 1
1) For someone about to start your current role, what 3 things you tell them to do that you learned in your first 6 months
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Unit4 (Reading, England) in May 2022
Interview
The interview process with Unit4 was a pleasurable experience. Their Senior Recruiter Andy is a credit to their business, keeping in regular contact to find out if I had any questions and phoned the morning of the interview to offer any advice he could.
The interview its self was held over teams and both Jonathan and Nadine who conducted the interview were very professional and made sure I felt comfortable the whole way through, whilst still asking a high volume of questions.
Unfortunately I wasn't offered the role, but from the interaction I have had with Unit4 and their interview process I would describe it as smooth and professional.
