Interview
The interview consisted of a group case study with three other candidates that lasted an hour and a half. After we presented the case as a group, we jumped into individual interviews.

Why Unilever?
Strategy questions like “If we were releasing this product, what would be your strategy?”
The interview went well overall, and I enjoyed meeting the team. However, I felt that I didn’t receive enough information about the role, its day-to-day responsibilities, expectations, and long-term objectives, which would have helped me better understand the position.
It consists of multiple rounds: first a round of online games to be played, then an interview round with preset competency based questions, and then a final round at their office which includes various assessments including a written case and a group case

Interview
Long but not tiring. Had to meet a lot of people and go through a lot of rounds. Very nice interviews, they were genuinely interested in my experience. Overall, very happy with everyone.
