I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (Rotterdam) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process at Unilever typically consists of several stages. It often begins with an initial screening interview, which may be conducted over the phone or through a video call. Candidates who pass this stage are then invited to participate in one or more rounds of in-person or virtual interviews, which may include behavioral and competency-based questions. In the final stages, candidates may be required to participate in assessment centers, case study exercises, or presentations, depending on the specific role. Unilever places a strong emphasis on assessing candidates for their alignment with the company's values and principles, as well as their potential to contribute to the organization.

One round online interview. Theoretical and scenario-based ML questions were asked. The interviewer was very friendly and comfortable. Projects were also asked to explain. Nice experience. There was no coding round.
The process included an online application, followed by aptitude and personality assessments. Shortlisted candidates were invited for interviews, which focused on behavioral and situational questions. The final stage involved a panel interview or assessment center. The process was structured and focused on evaluating both skills and cultural fit.
