1st - with a recruiter; she will ask about your background; give information on Unilever and hiring process.
2nd - with hiring manager and another person in the team
Overall, the questions asked by the recruiter were harder than the hiring manager.
The hiring manager was very laid back and made you feel very comfortable.

Video interview with two managers. They asked questions about my experience and how I would describe myself. The interviewers were very friendly and straightforward. I met with the director after I accepted the role
It's a very simple interview process. You get contacted by a recruiter for an initial interview. Then, you get contacted by the manager and if you get it, the recruiter will contact you.
