I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever
Interview
Company was very helpful in the entire recruitment process. Interview was great experience, I felt like I was immediately part of the group and interviewers seemed genuinely interested in me. Interview was not intimidating and made me feel more relaxed and interested in what the company had to offer.

I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Englewood Cliffs, NJ) in Oct 2022
Interview
Friendly interviewer with a group project as the main interview, and the individual interviews follow. It certainly takes a long time and it is tiring, but the process is interesting.
Online assessments, then a super day with group case, 2 30-minute interviews, and a group interview. Recruiter was unresponsive and did not ever update despite saying otherwise. Be personable but not too assertive, they want team players, not bulldozers.
