Went through a Diversity and Leadership Conference. At the conference there were 2 interviews with two directors each. There was also a case interview where you had to work together as a team of 6 to balance a budget where there is too much spending. Each team member has to defend their line item from being cut but can't be too selfish either. Then you give a presentation it

example of best and worst campaign, difference between customer and consumer, asked about creative experience and to explain former internships, asked to pitch products to them that I had worked for in the past
SuperDay. Was 3 interviews with a group case study. Case study isn't hard if you have a good group. Try to take initiative. The three interviews felt repetitive. They were reading off a script.
the interviewers are very nice and chill, the interviewers were very attentive, and questions asked were more situational and behavorial. I ended up getting rejected for the role, due to lack of experience

It is very smooth and friendly vibe. All your common marketing interview questions like what is your most liked campaign and why, what is your belief and at the end "do you consider yourself as a lucky person?"
