We arranged a Skype call with a Senior engineer at UltraSoc. After a first discussion about my projects and an overview on the company, they sent me a text file with an exercise.
You have to solve it and send it back at soon as possible. I think he counts the time of how long takes you to make a solution.

The asked me to write a C program that print an infinite number of the Fibonacci series.

Interview
It was a great experience. The HR team was professional and proactive with their response and approach. I had several rounds of interviews and it appears to be a great team to work with.
I did not accept the offer because I was offered a job with another company.

Informal discussion about my experience from my undergraduate degree. This was then followed by a technical discussion of some simple coding problems in Python. This was followed by a chat with HR who told me about the general setup of the company, again fairly relaxed.

first HR telephone interview then followed with a skype interview, questions are OK, things you should already know to apply for this job position. Given a folder with couple system Verilog files couple days before the interview and asked to explain what each line is doing.
