It was great- they asked specific questions to ensure you are a candidate for the position. Make it clear you have to meet credit card goals as an individual. As well as transparent to your expectations in this role and ask if this is something you are on board for.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
