The interview process was short and sweet, they called and wanted me to come in in less than an hour, but the interview was thorough. I was asked about my previous experience in hair and skin care, and if it was something that I would continue to pursue in the long run. Overall, it wasn't too intimidating.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
