Meet with district manager. She asked for my resume and we started to talk about my previous experience. Felt like having a conversation more than a formal interview. We met for coffee, so it was a relaxed setting.

Tell me about a time when you had to juggle multiple priorities. What were they and how did you handle the situation.
I got a text to schedule a Microsoft office video interview with a recruiter. The recruiter didn't ask me anything involving my work history or anything off my resume. Asked very situational questions. Told me I would hear back in a day or 2 regardless of the decision. (It took about a week) At the end of the interview she never open it up for questions or if I wanted to add any additional information.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty
Interview
I was sought out and once I showed interest their lack of communication was very misleading. The experience left a poor taste for me as I feel I was a great candidate for role but the entitlement to hire based off of feelings instead of business acumen is disheartening.
