I applied online and went into the store the next day to introduce myself to the manager. Two days later I got a call to schedule an interview the following Monday. The interview itself was laid back and what you would expect for a retail job. It was a one-on-one interview with the manager.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
