Interview
I went in to interview with the GM and sat down and did a 15 minute Q and A interview and then she had me jump on the register and do a test with the cashier who was working that day. I did well and she rewarded me by offering me a job a few days later over the phone.

Question 1
How would you respond to a customer complaint about a coworker?
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
