The interview came in three stages. First with HR, about the role and why you want to work there. Then with some department heads about your experiences. Then with people you'll be working with about your skills/experiences.

You get put in a room with the perspective team lead, an HR rep, and one of the lead developers. Then get quizzed on what development testing is and why you're interested in working in gaming.
