Test for English & your target language (if you have the level is not too difficult) --> Interview with HR (asking you general questions about you, your working experience, which videogames you know, etc.) --> Interview with Manager and maybe a lead (they are friendly and it is a relax chat).

Interview
First there was a 2 hour long test proving knowledge of language they were interested in, then after this approved an hour long interview with HR person and localization team leader.
