We are so sorry to hear you had a negative experience. I went ahead and shared this with the team so we are all aware.
Although we tried to have as quick of a process as possible (we pride ourselves in <24hour response times, and always keeping everyone informed along the way, even if we are waiting on feedback), sometimes it takes time to ramp up, once we decide to open up a new role.
Truthfully, if you made it to the onsite stage, I have no doubt you are not only a qualified candidate, but also an incredibly competent engineer. We hire very few people, and it was likely not an easy decision for us to make.
