Quickly scheduled an online interview within one week of applying. Went smoothly, one hour in total. Asked appropriate questions relating to the job and heard back with a decision in two days
Either zoom call or in person with a tour of the lab. Will maybe answer lab questions or demonstrate lab procedures. Will have multiple meetings sometimes and answer the same question over and over
It was Easy, interviewed with three to four people. It was mostly casual asking about my educational background, work experience and a few content-related questions. Overall it was way better than interviewing for other jobs.
