Series of phone interviews with Talent Acquisition leads in different markets. Each person described the role and then asked questions on my current role and how it would translate with the role they've described. Expectations on next steps were given at the end of each conversation. There were 4 total calls and each was 15-30 minutes in length.

I responded to an Inmail on LinkedIn asking for a brief call. the Recruiter kindly answered my initial question of salary range for the position, which I appreciated so as not to waste either of our time. I then set up a brief call with her. I was then, very quickly set up with the Hiring Manager.
