Interview with Station Supervisor and Postmaster of your branch was a 30 minute interview mostly asking about how you will handle yourself in situations and what your work style is like. It was a good interview that leads to a test to go take to see how well you score for employment and followed by a lot of orientation that can take a while to get started.

Pour, there was no interview. Everyone is welcome to apply for this”government ” job. I personally think that the whole process should be changed. Employees should be the face of this company.
There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
