I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Lewes, DE)
Interview
You apply online, they send you a packet with practice questions for the test, then they schedule you for the test and you arrive with many other people for the test. It has memorization questions, pattern recognition, they show you names and addresses and have you determine which is different, etc. Your score determines how quickly you will get an interview. They send you a letter and then you call and schedule your interview.
No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

Question 1
No questions were asked as there was not an interview process.
Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.
I applied online. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Spokane, WA)
Interview
There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
