As soon as I walked in she shook my hand and smiled at me. Then she took me back into their (very) small processing room to show me where the position she was hiring for would be working when sorting mail for the route. Then we sat down and she told me all of the requirements of the job (lifting 70lbs, memorizing routes) and talked about the new health insurance program for RCAs. Then she asked me if I still wanted to be interviewed. I told her yes. Then we had more of a quick Q&A session rather than an interview. Super easy. 6/14 Applied and received invitation for personality assessment. 6/15 Took personality assessment and received invitation for 473 in-person exam. 6/18 Took 473 exam (THIS EXAM IS NOW TAKEN ON A COMPUTER, NOT ON PAPER!!) and got results emailed to me as soon as I left the office. I got an 84.4. 6/27 Got an email from the postmaster at the post office I applied for inviting me for a 30 minute interview. 6/29 Went to one on one interview which lasted only 30 minutes. Got a call about 1.5 hours later with a job offer. 6/30 Got an email inviting me to take drug test and submit info for DMV, credit report, and background check. 7/1 Scheduled drug test at local Walmart Clinic. Can report anytime from 7/1 to 7/7. Hope this helps!!!

No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.
