There really isn't an interview process other than just meeting with the recruiter. The recruiter pretty much tells you all of the different jobs and options that the Army has to offer.

They always asked about past history because they would find out regardless. The always pull your credit report as well as your police report.
Take a test, score high or low you still get the job. This position takes little to know previous experience the job is pretty much guaranteed to all that may apply. Training will be provided as well as food and a place to stay. As well as a personalized alarm clock.
Spoke to a recruiter. We talked about all kinds of things. He showed me videos. I watched them. I went to MEPS and took a test. I passed and signed up for the job I wanted.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at US Army (Nederland, TX)
Interview
After completing the ASVAB test, the process was pretty straight forward. Waited for my entry date and went to Basic Training. Completed training and was stationed. Would highly recommend for anyone interested.
