      Operations Sergeant Major Interview

      17 Aug 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Tacoma, WA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at US Army (Tacoma, WA) in May 2015

      Interview

Basically, I sat down with my boss to inform me of the cutbacks which means I probably have no chance in ever attaining the next level. My boss also wanted to know how long until I was qualified for retirement and what my plans would be if I was selected to retire. I explained I had been improving my abilities and those of my subordinates in order to better ourselves in our current jobs and prepare for our next jobs.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What are your plans for the future, and when do you plan on retiring?
