I recently underwent a three-step interview process.
The process was structured as follows:
1 HR behavioral questions,
1 HR architecture,
1 HR coding (did not show up after 20 mins, rescheduled)
In the coding segment, I encountered an unexpected delay, waiting for 20 minutes before deciding to leave the meeting. Subsequently, HR reached out to inquire about my absence, and upon providing an explanation, they kindly rescheduled the session.
During the architecture interview, the conversation turned intense as they mentioned their team was operating under significant pressure ("working overclock"). They posed questions about collections, iterations, etc. However, a peculiar moment arose when I was accused of reading responses from another source. I found this assumption baseless and, feeling the situation was unproductive, I suggested to cancel the meeting.
