UDig UI/UX Designer interview questions

Received an email asking to participate in a phone screening. At the last minute, the phone call was rescheduled by the recruiter for the following day. The next day, I waited for two hours to connect with the recruiter over the phone, and sent a follow-up email. None of my correspondence was ever answered. Very unprofessional to ghost someone.
