Formal and efficient. Bunch of technical questions, personality questions, motivation. 1 to 2 brain teasers. Was with an analyst/associate and 2 exec/managing directors. There was also a sample case study section which lasted 20 minutes.
Standard technicals, but not the best culturally. Asked to walk through M&A transaction, as well as mental math. Asked to talk to previous experiences, particularly past technical experience. Very very serious.
