I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UBS (Doha) in Nov 2022
Interview
First step is an online assessment with 2 parts: There are two kinds of assessments if your resume passes the initial screening: -culture match (weird ambiguous questions) -verbal and inductive reasoning (one is 49 questions in 12 minutes, the other is unlimited questions in 9 minutes) if you do well at these, you get invited to an interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
You're given 12 minutes to answer up to 49 verbal reasoning questions (there are 6 texts of 3-4 paragraphs each in front of you, all about the same company, and for each question you need to locate where the answer is and then provide it) The inductive reasoning is pattern-matching but still unreasonable They compare your performance to that of others. Others might be using bots. Either way, they provide a report right after you're done with both reasoning tests that tells you if you did well or not. You won't be able to retake these tests for 1 year if you apply to another position with them, so be careful and strategic if it's your first time taking their tests.

hirevue, online - asked a series of questions and required responses. 2 minutes to respond and 30 seconds to think. Overall, same process as other firms, but slow response time
