Meet with several members of the team. They asked about my experience and training and what would be expected of me in the position. Reviewed my prior work history and how it correlated with what they are looking for.
There were three rounds of interviews. Very challenging questions. It was not a good experience because of all the back and forth. Getting a call back took forever. The interviewers were nice and so was the atmosphere, but I wish they were more upfront about what they were looking for instead of so many interviews.
I had many interviews in person and dealt with HR during the hiring process through an outside agency. This was many years ago. The outside agency tested my computer skills also.
