Applied online and took the online numerical and logical tests. the next round was answering a question in the form of an essay and then there was a phone interview with HR. the interview was mainly competency based and also some skill based questions were asked. Overall the process was straight forward and nothing too difficult was asked.

Applied online - was sent some online SHL tests to do. The next stage was an essay based on your career goals for the next 5 years, then a phone interview and finally an assessment centre day at their offices. The assessment day was a mixture of interview, case studies and group exercises.
