Interview
I took the video interview on early october 2020. There are eight competancy based questions which are all the same online. I prepared before the VI. Each question takes 1 min to prepare and 2 min to record.

Why have you chosen to apply for UBS in particular?
Summer Intern program for the COO department. The process included a Hirevue, online tests (30 minutes, personality and aptitude), and then two video call interviews. These were with different team MDs, mid-seniority. Questions required knowledge of investment banking workflows and process, minimal financial technicals.
It was pretty straightforward and the questions were practical and what you would expect. They asked a lot about my resume. They were very welcoming. I was told there would be two rounds but there was only one.
