Interview
Interview process was fairly direct. Initially there was a one on one interview that mainly reviewed the compensation structure and what was to be expected from a sales goal perspective. The second interview took place over the phone with an HR director and confirmed my background and legal check.

Question 1
How do you plan on building a business within our company and why do you believe you will be successful at it?
Pretty chill. One phone screening and a 45 minute interview. The interview was with two people who took turns asking me about my resume, why I wanted the job, and then I spent about ten minutes asking them questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (Weehawken, NJ)
Interview
Two in person 45 min interview (same day) The interviewers seem to be intimidating on purpose and will comment of your responses immediately. It felt disrespectful. The process was somewhat disorganized and the second guy I interviewed with didn’t even know I was coming in. Overall not very welcoming or friendly
Just be prepared and friendly. Know what you are talking about. Ask questions, be confident in yourself project your voice. Talk about your experiences and how it shaped you to become a better person.
