I received a call from HR asking if I would be interested on joining firm as a Client Advisor. Very professional, straight forward interview which consisted of screening phone interview with HR, followed by phone interview by hiring manager, followed by a face to face meeting. All very professional.

Why are you interested on joining our organization
The interview process was structured, professional, and aligned with the bank’s strong focus on compliance, client service, and regulatory standards. It began with an HR screening discussing my background, motivation, and expectations, followed by technical interviews with the hiring manager focusing on AML/KYC knowledge, client handling, and practical scenarios relevant to the role
Der Ablauf des Vorstellungsgesprächs war insgesamt sehr positiv. Die Gespräche fanden online statt, waren gut strukturiert und wurden professionell organisiert. Es gab klare Zeitpläne, sodass man sich gut vorbereiten konnte und wusste, was einen erwartet. Die Gesprächspartner waren freundlich, stellten gezielte Fragen und schufen eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Rückfragen waren jederzeit willkommen und wurden offen beantwortet. Man hatte ausreichend Gelegenheit, sowohl den eigenen Werdegang als auch die Motivation für die Stelle darzulegen. Insgesamt fühlte ich mich während des gesamten Prozesses gut informiert und wertgeschätzt.

The first round interview will be with HR. The first round will be conducted online and there were two HR. Then if you pass, they will move to hiring mananger.
