Interview
Got the job through a recruitment agency. The interview process took 2 rounds. First interview was a review of my CV taking in my college work and past work experience. It took around 30-40 minutes. Second interveiw was more technical. Asking questions about what the job entailed and my knowledge of the company and what they did.

Question 1
All questions were straight forward. No riddles or crazy questions.
They were some competency based on leadership, teamwork, communication.
Technical questions were on Capital markets and investments looking at the primary and secondary markets and a close preview of financial instruments and products.
