Direct interview with immediate supervisor. Very informal, matching skills and abilities with interpersonal skills. Came in as if it were my first day on the job and I was ready to go. Asked pertinent questions and was very excited about the opportunity.

Interviewed with two managers. They were both very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Multiple questions about previous work experience and a few about family and personal hobbies. They were very forthcoming about the responsibilities and expectations.

Interview
I conducted 2 phone interviews from 2 different people and then I was flown out to home office for a person to person interview. I went through about 30 minutes with my would be boss and then another 30-45 with more superiors. I was given an offer and accepted the same day.
