I had to take entry exam, fitness test, medical test and must pass all of them in order to schedule an interview. Interview was not difficult at all. I was asked couple of situational questions

They purposefully try to give you a hard time and fluster you so you have difficulty keeping your composure and answering the questions. Very vague questions and experience overall. Virtual interviews are uncomfortable.

Pre-employment phase is long. Lots of questionnaires to fill out and assessments. You watch a few videos to guide you. Overall I think it’s something I want to get into because my main goal is to become an immigration services officer

May be due to COVID, but after completing the interview, medical, and PFT 1 I haven’t heard anything. I reached out and was told that things are backed up. It has been about 10 months since I applied.
