There are three stages: an initial phone screening, an interview with the branch manager, and another interview with a second branch manager. They will ask you about items on your resume and the standard "tell me about a time when..." questions.

Describe a time when you had to tell a customer no.
Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.

I got an email inviting me to interview the following week. It was in person at the branch with 3 people. it was pretty short and they got back to me quickly with an offer
