The review process was normal, like any other job. It was not difficult but rather simple. You answer a couple questions and then they give you the job. I'm not sure what else to say about it.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Philadelphia, PA) in May 2017
Interview
The interview was not too hard. I met with the assistant VP of the department for about 30 minutes. We talked about the company and the job. She asked me a few questions including my work experience, strengths and my skills. I got a call from the staffing agency (through which I got the interview) about an hour or two later telling me I got the job. Fingerprints and background check required. I started the job a week later.

Question 1
What will make you the best candidate for this position?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Saint Paul, MN) in Jun 2020
Interview
Interview went okay. Questions were not too difficult and was a bit casual. Not sure if I was overqualified for the job or not what they were looking for. I thought I did well in the interview.
Quick easy and personable. I was an internal hire and I immediately felt welcomed by the management. I heard back next day and started 2 weeks later. I recommend my job to anyone looking.
