Got contacted by a third party recruiter. Took the online test and passed. This is when it gets disappointing.
Scheduled a time with a recruiter, I didn't pick up initially but checked my message a minute later. The recruiter did not leave his number but said to call back and he would try again. I promptly call back the number that called and it went to some switchboard. The lady there said to be patient and just wait for the recruiter to call back. I waited 15 minutes...nothing. I call back the switchboard and she said that she would contact the recruiter and call me back. No call... what a horrible recruiting experience. The recruiters job is to have contact me, he didn't leave his number and never tried to call back. If they treat recruits this way I wonder how they treat employees?
They tried to reschedule the recruiter call, but gonna pass.
first interview was 60 minutes long with a leetcode hard question. second interview was 2 back to back 60 minute leetcode hard with emphasis on data structures. each interview had a 5 minute introduction and 10 minute at the end to ask questions
Standard medium difficulty hackerrank. The question involved decoded an encoded string. It was not something I had seen on LeetCode before and I think was unique to the company. The question was not that difficult but I ran out of time right before I could finish answering.

Decode a string encoded using a specific encoding algorithm.
It started of with one phone screen, then if you pass you have 2 back to back technicals, then 3 1 hour behaviorals, hiring committee, and management committee. Standard Leetcode and behavioral questions.
