30 mins casual phone screening. General HR questions regarding relocation, start date, salary expectation. The HR will first explain the role and then ask you about both related skills to the role and behavioral questions. They just ghost you if you couldn't proceed to the next step.

It was long and drawn out. 3 separate Zoom interviews, and then it took almost 2 months for a decision. The Zoom interviews seemed to be repetitive, the same questions from 3 different people in the lab.

Initial phone screen with HR. Video interview with hiring manager and one team member. Actually interviews were pleasant. Did not hear back after two weeks so I checked with HR, they said I was still under consideration but I have never gotten a response from them since then.
