I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Twilio in Feb 2022
Interview
Really disappointed with the recruiter at this company. I received a response for a phone interview after applying. I set the date/time virtually through their calendar & as it got close to the date, I had contracted COVID and rescheduled.
When the rescheduled date arrived, the recruiter sent a notification of a new date/time 15 minutes before the call was set to happen. I had spent time preparing for the call, there was no explanation for the last-minute change, and the time they rescheduled to didn't work for me. I emailed to ask for another day/time and the recruiter's response was a rude single sentence asking what day I wanted. No formalities that you would expect for a business email from an employee seeking to recruit talent.
The date they rescheduled to was today. I never received a call and never received an email or notice of a change in the calendar. No response to my email asking what happened. 100% unprofessional and shocking given the way this company presents itself.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No questions asked as recruiter no-showed for interview.
Interview process seemed very long. I only made it to the hiring manger round. The person I talked to was friendly, however, I feel like the interview was more of a test than a conversation.
The interview process was nice. There were 3 rounds of interviews. The interviewer was polite and on point. Interview questions were mostly on the skills, expertise and earlier experience. Also HR were very professional.
