Turning Tides interview questions

Three people on the panel including a service user- all took turns asking questions. The hiring manager looked bored and kept looking away while talking to me. I had the feeling that they had already chosen a candidate. Received a polite rejection email the next day offering feedback if I wanted it.

Basic 3 person panel interview lasting approximately 45 minutes. A service user was included in the interview process which was great and actually made me feel more comfortable and relaxed
