Structured process of screening by recruiter, hiring manager interview, team Q&As, as well as a SVP meet and greet. All to be done virtually but I requested to go onsite which they accommodated.

Each person asked questions around my experience as well as why I was interested in the position/ company. They each provided time to ask questions I had. This led to a more conversational interview style.
