Truven Health Analytics Software Developer interview questions

1) Written test where they asked to write code for few scenarios. 2) Technical discussion - 1 3) Technical discussion -2 (with their product owner I guess) I cleared the interview, got my compensation break up, background check was done, but I did not get any joining date from them. HRs are so irresponsible that they don't even respond to the mails. Suddenly one day in the portal I found the job application status as "No longer into consideration". I dint understand why did they conduct the interview, why sending compensation break up, why they asked for the documents and did background check.

Several questions by two individuals (manager and director) about personality traits and technical skills. Was led to a room/enclave and discussed the position for about one hour in total. Very lenient.
