Four stage interview process starting with a discovery call with an internal recruiter. I was given helpful preliminary information to guide me through the hiring process and knew what to expect with each stage of the interviews.

The interview process was very thorough and I got a full understanding of what the job was going to be like before I took it. Everyone that I spoke with throughout the interview process was enthusiastic and answered any and all questions I could have had regarding the position. Lastly, I received critical feedback about what I did right/wrong throughout the interview process, which was very helpful.

Question 1
The Trustpilot team had me perform a mock sales call and I found that to be challenging, however, from this experience I learned what I can do to improve next time around.

Interview
1. Set up and conduct a 30 minute phone interview.
2. Was extended the offer for an in-person interview. (Met with the recruiter and 3 different managers. Lasted about an hour.)
3. Was given an at-home assignment to do a mock email assignment and was instructed to call a manager at 8am and leave a message.
4. Was emailed and asked to come in one more time for a final interview in-person. (Met with one manager for about a half an hour and was offered a position.)
There are quite a few steps to pass in the interview process. If you really are interested in the position I would say it's most important to do your research on the company before and be yourself. The management was really nice and if you follow these steps, they will most likely hire you.
