Video interviews, where they hammer you with the same question asked a dozen different ways. I got the sense that they’re not looking for an assistant so much as they’re looking for a mindless automaton, especially considering what the stated base salary is listed as on their LinkedIn ad. For what they seem to be looking for, they should be doubling that number. Admins, beware of this company.
